1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Social Alignment, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 SMS/MMS Messaging Program

We respect your privacy. We will only use information to provide the services you requested.

Program Description

By subscribing to our text messaging program, you agree to receive account updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages from Social Alignment.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3 Privacy Policy

We respect your rights to privacy.

4 Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Social Alignment, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.

5 Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass any security features or access controls.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without permission.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App.
• Using the App to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Collecting or storing personal data of other users without permission.

6 Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER SOCIAL ALIGNMENT NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH SOCIAL ALIGNMENT MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER SOCIAL ALIGNMENT NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH SOCIAL ALIGNMENT REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE APP, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SOCIAL ALIGNMENT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE APP, OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Social Alignment, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Any harm caused to any third party through your use of the App.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Social Alignment and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Clark County, Nevada. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may provide additional notice, such as by email.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App.
